Museum Møhlmann in Appingedam has recently acquired two rare Jan Mankes prints: Screaming Crow (1918), printed on delicate spider web paper, and a signed impression of Annie Mankes-Zernike (1914). Both works have been added to the museum’s Jan Mankes Cabinet - a dedicated space highlighting his refined graphic oeuvre - further enriching their holdings of this singular Dutch artist.
