Return Policy

Upon receiving your order, you are entitled to a 14-day grace period during which you may return the artwork at no cost to you (the client is responsible for shipping expenses or can choose to drop off the artwork(s) in Haarlem). If you opt for a postal service return, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

The returned item must be in the same condition as it was when originally purchased. Please note that Bob Scholte Fine Art reserves the right to reject an order without providing a specific explanation, and in such cases, we will notify the customer via email or phone within three business days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
