Art Valuation Services

At Bob Scholte Fine Art, you can rely on independent art valuations. As a valuer, I arrive at a careful assessment with close attention to the condition, provenance, and context of the object.​

The outcome can be discussed orally or set out in a clearly substantiated written valuation report, based on current market developments and careful art historical research.

For valuations, I work on an hourly rate of €120 excluding VAT and any travel expenses. Within Haarlem and the immediate surrounding area, travel costs are not charged. You will always receive a time estimate in advance and, if desired, a no-obligation quotation.

Through WhatsApp, you can have an artwork discreetly assessed online for €45 incl. VAT per artwork. Based on the photographs provided, I will discuss the valuation with you personally.
