Jan Mankes: Notable sales

Over the recent years, the focus has been on the renowned Dutch painter Jan Mankes (1889-1920).

Bob Scholte Fine Art is pleased to announce the significant sale of five oil paintings by Jan Mankes, among them Rose and Lily in a Glass (1912), to a prominent art collection in New York. Furthermore, Museum Møhlmann in Appingedam has acquired two scarce prints by Jan Mankes, Screaming Crow (1918) on spider web paper, and a signed print of Portrait of Annie Mankes-Zernike (1914).

We are currently in search for drawings and paintings by Jan Mankes for several art collectors. If you happen to own an artwork by Mankes and are considering selling, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will act as a mediator between you and the potential buyer and work together with you to determine a market-appropriate price, ensuring a swift and efficient transaction.
